Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Yardie Care Packages.

If for any reason you’re unsatisfied we encourage you to contact us between the hours of 8:30am and 5:00pm EST via email at yardiestylecarepackages@gmail.com.

The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us.

Order Cancellation

Once your order is placed, it is very likely that we have already started processing your order. As a result, we do not accept cancellations once an order is placed.

Returns

For instances where product is defective, damaged or contaminated, you may contact us to request a return of your purchase within 3 days of receiving your shipment for a refund or exchange.

Please check that all items received are what you have ordered. If you have received an INCORRECT item DO NOT OPEN IT. We will not accept any returns or provide refunds of items that have been opened, tampered with or not in their original condition.

We do our best to minimize product breakage in transit; however, some items can experience some breakage during shipping. We do not offer replacements or refunds for damaged outside packaging of your products caused by transit or packing of your order by the shipping company. Whilst every precaution is taken when packing your order, packaging can become squashed or damage during transit by the delivery company. 

Please DO NOT return any food product without contacting us first for specific information regarding the return process.

Refunds (if applicable):

No refund given, exchange offered or correspondence will be entered into for:

  • Change of mind
  • Products that have been opened or tampered with or are not in their original condition.
  • Incorrect orders made by the recipient
  • Packages damaged during transit

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original method of payment, within five (5) days.

Due to the wide range of personal taste preferences and food likes/dislikes, we unfortunately do not offer refunds or replacements for products that are “not quite to your liking.”

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund after five (5) days, we ask that you first check with your bank or Credit Card Company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at yardiestylecarepackages@gmail.com.

Unclaimed orders:

It is the customer’s responsibility to follow tracking advice and be present when order is being delivered. Regardless of the postal service, deliveries will always be attempted at least once, and if undeliverable, will then be taken to the local post office or relevant postal center until claimed. If customer does not claim this order within 5-10 business days (may differ depending on country and service), the order may be returned to us, and in such a case we do not offer a refund or replacement, however can re-send the order if the customer is willing to cover postage costs.
