Are you based in Jamaica?

Yes, we are. Yardie Care Packages (YCP) is owned and operated by a Jamaican living in Kingston, Jamaica.

Do you collect and ship products purchased by someone based in Jamaica to overseas addresses?

No, we do not. We only sell and ship items purchased and packages by us.

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide once the country is accepting deliveries from Jamaica.

Do you offer free shipping?

Currently, we do not offer free shipping. We charge a flat rate for shipping depending on the location in which the package is being sent to. In any event, if free shipping is offered, then it is for promotional purposes only.

How long does shipping take?

It depends on the shipping method selected at checkout. Standard shipping normally takes 15-31 days.  Fedex Express takes 3-5 days.

When I receive my package do I need to sign for my package?
Yes, Fedex/USPS requires that someone sign for the package. They will not leave package at your door. If someone doesn’t sign, you may have to arrange for re-delivery or pick up at your post office.


Are payments secure?
Yes, we accept payments via PayPal which secures your payments and any credit card details. In addition, PayPal also offers you buyers protection. If you have any issues with your order please let us know as soon as possible and we will always aim to resolve it.
